The Horniman Museum promotes research in its collections. Staff at the Museum are actively involved in researching the existing collections and undertake fieldwork and collecting in their areas of specialism. The results of research in the Horniman collections are disseminated through publications, conference presentations, exhibitions, broadcasts and film.
