Timothy HornsbyTimothy is the Chair and Non Executive Director of various public bodies and charities.
After Oxford University and three years post graduate work in the USA , he returned to Oxford as a don, and then joined the Civil Service, with various posting in HM Treasury and the Department of the Environment.
