VACANCIES

The Trust employs staff in all of the specialist areas covered by the galleries; Anthropology, Musical Instruments, Natural History, the Aquarium, Education, Conservation, Documentation, Collections Management and the Library. In addition we have staff providing other services including Marketing, Development, IT, Gardens, Personnel, Finance, Facilities, Cleaning and Security and most importantly the service provided directly to the public by our Visitor Assistants.

The Trust has approximately 91 full time equivalent posts and the postholders are located either in the main Museum or our Study Collections Centre, sited in Greenwich. In addition to these posts we regularly offer short term contracts where we have been successful in obtaining funding for specific projects.
