About this event

Surely there can be nothing better in the whole wide world than to watch a jazz concert at sunset in a deck chair with a drink and view over London? Our new jazz picnic series goes back to the Edwardian roots of jazz and presents three nights of music from 1910s ragtime to 1930s swing.

This week, Old Hat Jazz Band continues the tradition of crafting music with a hot and swinging approach from favourite tunes of the early 20th century. Featuring some of the finest musical talent London has to offer and combining the quintessential sound of the 1910s to the 30s with originality and characterful musicianship, Old Hat Jazz Band enjoys playing for dancers and listening music lovers wherever they are invited.

The Horniman Café will be open and serving food and drinks around the Bandstand.
