            "value": "The Botswana National Museum and Art Gallery, situated in Gabarone, is dedicated to displaying traditional crafts and paintings by indigenous and regional artists. The museum was established in 1967 through an Act of Parliament as a non-profit making organization and was officially opened to the public in 1968. \n\nThe museum transferred a collection of bushman material to the Horniman museum in 1971 that was arranged by the assistant curator of the museum, Mrs Doreen Nteta. In 1978, she also donated a bushman\u2019s springhare hook to the museum."
