            "value": "James Henry Hubbard was a Victorian hunter who collected wildlife in Canada. His taxidermy  specimens were exhibited in the Canadian section of the Indian and Colonial Exhibition, South Kensington, London in 1886. By the early 1890s Frederick Horniman had bought many of the taxidermy mounts  from Hubbard, including our infamous walrus which he subsequently put on display in the Horniman Museum."
