The description relates to nn13386, which is the same object.\n\nold Welcolme label enclosed listing numerous objects also with the number 448 on it and old Wellcome accession written:\n\"St,. 4\/3\/1919 Lot 413 65\/- Nos 2396-2399 Bamboo pubic ornament. N. Guinea 17591 2396\/4th\/Jan\/193\"\n\nnn13386 was definitely one of 1.6.51\/8. A pencil-written Wellcome label with nn13386 reads: \"Nos 2396-2399\", implying there were at least 4 sheaths, and that they were acquired at a Stevens Sale on 4\/3\/1919. Another smaller label with this object also reads: \"Bamboo pubic ornament, Dutch New Guinea. Shell pubic ornament, North Australia. Shell marriage ornament (female) Torres Strait. Shell pubic ornament, British New Guinea\". As nn13386 is first in this list, and is individually marked '2396', please reconcile it to the first part record: 1.6.51\/8i.  Please reconcile. AM 30\/3\/2012\n\nFormer nn needs marking with original number."
