Heads; long narrow and sharply pointed and barbed; having a square cross-section for the upper half (excepting the point) and a round cross-section produced into a penanular socket for the lower. The barbs (72) are made on three edges of the square cross-section by cutting grooves across the edge and lifting the undercut metal upwards. Decoration with punched lines. Shafts (halved for transport) made of Bridelia wood decorated with poker-work rings and burnt panels. Forward end is sharpened and fire-hardened to fit the socket on the head and the distal end is weighted with a spiral of iron.",
