On Saturday 13 August, the Gardens, Animal Walk, Butterfly House and UrbanCrazy Golf will be closed for DLT: Live From Lewisham.
Rectangular red floor felt with resist wax decoration showing the original cream colour. The textile has small areas accentuated with yellow. The main panel depicts a flying phoenix, and a dragon.They are surrounded by a floral design and small clouds. The panel is framed by a fret band. Underneath is a band of 6 repeat motifs. They make up the panels in a balustrade (?). A container with a different foliate motif sits above each.
