The strips are all approx 88 mm wide, and decorated with multicoloured stripes. The stripes are predominantly in blue and dark red with green, black, yellow and white thinner stripes. On the inner 20 strips they are crossed by sets of evenly spaced rectangles decorated with multicoloured solidly coloured, and dotted bands. the placement alternates between adjacent strips. On of the outer strips contains evenly spaced pairs of thin yellow bands in addition to the stripes. The other one contains a wider yellow stripe instead of the second set of narrower multicoloured stripes.",
