            "value": "Long, rectangular cream barkcloth ('tapa') with painted  decoration in brown and grey, made from Padanus bark. The decoration of the textile consists of four identical motifs framed along the longer sides by brown and grey lines. Each motif  has a rectangle at its centre.  At both shorter sides a line runs parallel to it and then branches off away from the shape. This motif is surrounded by one continuous line with 2 more loops at the centre of the longer sides. Additional shorter lines surround parts of the design. Some smaller shapes created by the shorter lines are decorated with thinner lines. This varies in each repeat.  All broader lines consist of a wider brown line which is framed by a grey outline and a row of grey dots. The smaller lines consist of thin grey lines with a wash of brown creating groupings. The placement and distribution of these details is different in each of  the 4 repeats."
