            "value": "A large, rectangular bark cloth.  The textile ground is made from the bark of the paper mulberry tree.  The patterning has been stencilled onto the cream-coloured ground, using black and red\/brown pigment.  The main centre field has two large complete diamond motifs, each located near the shorter edge of the cloth, and a half diamond pattern located along each longer edge.  The centre of the diamond motif contains a white quatrefoil on a black ground.  It has many framed border patterns including a black linked 'x' motif on a white ground and a white comb-like motif and its mirror image.  The half diamond's central motif is a circular white 'cut-out' on a brown ground.  The textile's main ground has a brown stippled finish with three grouped solid black circles applied at regular intervals.  The five borders framing the centre field include a solid red\/brown edge, and two 'cut-out' borders, the inner one with a  scalloped edge.  Between them, the 'comb' motif has been repeated, this time on a brown ground."
