Square mat in green and red, made in mosaic pattern of cut and sewn green felt, edged/outlined with a border of pink wool in chain stitch. The motif is of four ram’s horns or ‘hands on hips’, elibelinde, joined centrally; on a red ground with a bordering band of red and black stitching; backed with a plain, light-grey felt. See 1999.139 for the mirror image.
