            "value": "Tall rod puppet; elongated head; strong features - protruding eyes, brown nose, upturned moustached and full beard.  'Poppers' on the sides of the head and chin.  The head also features small horns which are concealed by a turban and which can be exposed by pulling on a nylon thread attached to a ring (this has the effect of flipping the hat upwards).  The puppet's head is adorned with a purple and white cloth turban and a golden cardboard crown.  Clothes include a red and purple faux-velvet robe; golden collar; patches of golden cloth on the arms and a large golden 'sun' disc on the 'stomach'.  Hands made from padded cloth.\n\nPuppet bought from the Tashkent Puppet Theatre Workshop collection.\n\nHands show some wear.\nSee Horniman Museum \"Puppets\" Exhibition text and article by K.
