The panel is decorated with linked diamond motifs, outlined in black with white, yellow and blue detailing on the red ground. On the edge with the border is an upward facing dentate pattern with only yellow detailing. The centre of the border consists of a lattice pattern in black with tiny white dots at the centre of each diamond. This is framed by borders containing fine white stripes. Below this border is a band of yellow. The textile has been sewn together to create the skirt.",
