Two narrow, bark-padded side-pieces sit on the animal's back and are held rigid by the superstructure of the saddle piece, also bark-padded. High wooden peak at front, with incised scroll decoration. Lower but broader wodden support at back. Red and black rattan bindings. Probably used for riding buffalo.
