One of eight heads of one-piece wooden spears, armed with small sharks' teeth and ornamented with frills of raffia which have been interwoven and bound with black and brown thread and human hair. the weapons are of a modern pattern and were collected by a missionary, Miss Pateman, about 1930. The heads have been cut from the shafts.
