            "value": "Probably from Eastern India, according to Dagmar Pospisilova. September 2014. At the Holi festival ooloured powder and water are thrown over people. Pichkari are sometimes used to spray coloured water. This celebrates the legend of Radha and Krishna. When Krishna was a young man he was worried that the fair-skinned Radha would not like him because of his dark blue skin. His mother asked him to go to Radha and colour her face in whatever colour he wanted. He did this by playfully covering her in coloured powder, and Radha and Krishna fell in love."
