A nest of five box with lids that are made of lacquered wood. The large, outer box stands on three feet. The boxes have been turned to form short cylinders and are lacquered green and red, with the inside completely green. The exterior surfaces have a floral design inscribed through the lacquer, which looks white.

These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
