            "value": "Mask carved from solid wood; painted white with black and gold detailing. The lower part of the face protrudes most prominently. There are sight-holes under the eyeballs, which have round white irises and black pupils. The arched eyebrows are carved with vertical lines and painted black, each reaching a distinct peak. The cheekbones are indicated with a curved line of black paint and there are wavy lines in gold across the cheeks. The nose is small, protruding only slightly from the face. The mouth has four fangs, two upper and two lower, the gaps between the other pointed teeth carved through. There is a black painted moustache and a black painted border around the entire mask. Black painted lines are mostly accentuated with gold lines running in parallel along the edge. Thus, the hair is painted black but along the hairline is a band of gold. Probably not for dancing, as it is too top heavy and there is no fitting  for the dancer to grip with the teeth, but a nice mask for display.",
