The ornate front section of a waistcoat or longer outer garment. Silver-coloured metal-wrapped thread has been plaited and couched over the whole textile. There is a row of Turk's head knots attached to the outer section of both sides of the panel. Two ties hang down below the main panel. The cotton ground can be seen at the neck.
