Carved and painted wooden mask with bulging eyes, flared nostrils, bared teeth with tongue protruding and what appears to be a plume of smoke, also in carved wood, one extending from each side of the mouth through a hole in each pointed ear. On top of the head an integral crown of flames. This is likely to be a curing mask, and may represent the demon responsible for a fever.
