Soaptone seal, rectangular in form with a lopsided top, carved on underside with Chinese characters in seal script in reverse: 'yi zuo xing qian li', literally meaning 'sit once and can walk for thousand 'li'' (1'li' equals 0/5 km). The front is carved with a chrysanthemum spray in relief.
