            "value": "These details have been supplied by the artist in an email to MW dated 4 June 2016:\nI have been drawing and painting all my life, but only in the last 17 years have I been seriously selling my watercolours and attending exhibitions.\nSince then, I have been lucky enough to gain architectural commissions that now hang in homes, hotels and civic buildings all over the world.  I got to know the Burnetts at Finchcocks about ten years ago when I was painting at their Summer and Christmas fairs and this is how I have come to paint the fa\u00e7ade of this lovely Georgian manor house last year.[i.e. 2015]."
