            "value": "The article is a first-hand account of the opening ceremony from the MP and journalist Mr T.P. O\u2019 Connor which is also included in ARC\/HMG\/PR\/004\/001\/093. The article begins by noting that Sir Somers Vine opened the museum.  Mr O\u2019Connor then goes on to give his own personal and complimentary account of his experience as a visitor. He calls his visit \u201cone of the pleasantest hours of my life\u201d and discusses the updated features of the museum in great detail. He also mentions his strong love of Japanese art, \u201cI have one weakness, and that is for Japanese art\u201d, as well as the fact that there are up to three rooms of the museum which are dedicated to Japanese art. Mr O\u2019Connor\u2019s review also notes that there are aspects of the museum which will cater to different visitors\u2019 interests, \u201cperhaps you are more interested in our brethren among the lower animals\u201d. He concludes his review by praising \u201cthe generosity of Mr Horniman\u201d in opening the museum to provide Forest Hill with cultural diversity from around the world.",
