        "use": "The agogo is held in one hand and struck with a wooden or metal stick with the other hand. The hand holding the agogo controls the tone by touching the bells with the fingers. When struck the bells ring a high and a low note. Say \u201ca- go- go\u201d to imagine the sound.\n\nThe agogo usually accompanies drums and is played for both social dance and ceremonies such as welcoming a visit from an important person. Agogo\u2019 is a Yoruba (Nigerian) word meaning \u2018bell\u2019 \u2013 \u2018ago\u2019 means \u2018time\u2019- \u2018agogo\u2019 is a word that sounds like the sound of the instrument, think of the double bell sounding \u2018a go go\u2019.",

        "option1": "The agogo is also a very important musical instrument in Brazil where it forms part of the samba batteria. Samba is made by percussion instruments; different sized drums, agogo and metal shakers. It features mostly at Carnival. \nThe idea of the agogo was taken by enslsaved people across the Atlantic Ocean from West Africa to Brazil."
