Mexican handmade rattle in shape of an anthropomorphised chilli pepper. Chilli made out of papier-mâché. Chilli is painted red with a black and white face including a moustache and a brown papier-mâché hat. Stick is made from wood and is painted green with purple, yellow and pink ribbon decorations at the top.
