There are 2 discrepancies in this Mimsy record: 1) The serial number cited in the child field of the object number (6599) does not belong with this Horniman object number but with M83-1996, 2) The description of the object would appear to refer not to a Lachenal concertina but to a concertina by George Case with serial number in the 700s, and this is corroborated by Steve Chambers' observation that the lowest known Lachenal serial number is 6119 see  http:\/\/www.concertina.com\/chambers\/lachenal-production states lowest"
