painting (art)

Wall hanging depicting a four-toed dragon. The painting is by Yu Lu Jia. The right column of the top painting reads 乙酉長夏閩古余路加以手指塗, which literally means ‘A finger painting by Yu Lu-Jia in the summer of the year Yi-Yo’. The year Yi-Yo could be 1705, 1765, or 1825. The name ‘Yu Lu-Jia’ sounds like a missionary’s Chinese name.
