The textile appears to be part of a longer cloth as one short side appears to be torn, and the other cut. The decoration consists of stencilled patterns and motifs in mid and dark brown. It divideds the cloth into a centre field framed by borders on both longer sides. The centre field is divided into 3 longer sections by sets of bands. The longer sections contain 2 wider separated by a narrower stripe.1wider stripe contains larger and small stencilled star- or floral shaped motifs.             "value": "Long rectangular, cream barkcloth ('sulu') with cut fringing at both longer sides. The textile appears to be part of a longer cloth as one short side appears to be torn, and the other cut. The decoration consists of stencilled patterns and motifs in mid and dark brown. It divideds the cloth into a centre field framed by borders on both longer sides. These consists of an thin inner stripe decorated with diagonal lines, a wider stripe of linked diamond-shaped motifs, and a paired outer border patterned with horizontal lines. The centre field is divided into 3 longer sections by sets of bands. These consist of  X-shaped patterns, dentate edges, comb-like motifs, and paired bands decorated with short vertical lines. The longer sections contain 2 wider stripes either side of a narrower stripe containing squares subdivided into differently patterned triangles. 1 wider stripe contains larger and small stencilled star- or floral shaped motifs on a cream ground surrounded by an inward-facing dentate edge. The other wider stripe contains 2 alternating different square patterns. One consists of a central X-shape created by dots creating lined triangular subdivisions. The other is divided by a diagonal into 2 different coloured triangles. At each set of bands the 2 wider stripes exchange places in the centre field."
