Belt of yellow velvet decorated with couched metal thread work, with two tabs of similar materials hanging at intervals, trimmed at the ends with tinsel. Secured with two red cord ties at each end, each terminating with a tinsel tassel. Edges trimmed with brown velvet. Lined with red fabric.
