The rectangles in each stripe are decorated with alternating one or two circular black motifs.             "value": "Very large, rectangular, cream-coloured barkcloth decorated with brown pigment, and slightly glossy black pigment. The textile is divided into a centre panel and a border. The centre panel is separated into 2 stripes by the one of 2 different patterns contained within each triangle. The patterns contained within the rectangles have been rubbed in light brown, using pattern boards created by sewing the spines of palm fronds onto a backing. The darker brown outlines have been drawn on afterwards. In one stripe each rectangle is divided into 4 rectangles. 2 of these are divided into smaller triangular areas with either wave  or halfmoon- based pattern. The other 2 are divided into 2 bands containing squares.  The 2 patterns in the squares alternate within and between the bands. 1 square contains square outlines increasing in size, and crossed by diagonals. The other contains 2 stripes of half-moon shapes. In the other stripe each rectangle is decorated with a lattice pattern. The elongated lozenges are decorated either with half-moons or with short diagonals. The rectangles in each stripe are decorated with alternatingly 1 or 2 circular black motifs. The border is divided into smaller rectangles which are predominantly marked with paired sets of diagonals."
