Meet the Collections: Animal Families

Get up close to our vast collection and handle real specimens to learn more about how different animals rear their young from badger clans to pigeon milk and unsuspecting super-parent: the earwig!

Families come in all shapes and sizes. Members and Benefactors are invited to join Assistant Curator Chris Hughes before the Museum opens to the public, as he explores the idea of what a family is and what it can be in the natural world.
