Book learning sessions

Bring your topic to life with our tutor-led, interactive, curriculum-linked learning sessions. Pupils can touch, hold and study real Museum objects, from an Ancient Egyptian sarcophagus piece to a real shark's jaw.

Use the filters below to select the age group of your pupils and the topic you are studying. Click on the session titles for more detailed information about content and booking then contact us on schools@horniman.ac.uk or telephone our direct line 0208 291 8686 to book or discuss your requirements. We can accommodate up to 30 pupils per taught session.

For an outdoor session book one of our Go Outside sessions. These take place in the Gardens in the summer term up to October half term. In the event of bad weather we have an alternative indoor session. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
