Ticket Information

The Museum and Butterfly House are expected to reopen from Monday 17 May 2021, subject to Government guidance. Our Gardens remain open and are free to visit.

We want you to enjoy your visit to the Horniman. Please wear a mask or face covering unless you have a good reason not to (children under 11 are exempt).

Whilst the Museum is closed we hope you’ll continue to visit us online and across our social media channels where we’ll be sharing stories and updates, as well as news about our plans for reopening.

The Gardens remain open, including the Café, kiosks and Gardens toilets, but please continue to follow social distancing and the latest safety advice. The Horniman Market is open on Sundays.

The Horniman is a charity and every day that the Museum is closed means that we lose vital income that is needed to help care for our animal residents, and to continue to maintain our Gardens. We would be very grateful if you would consider making a donation to the Horniman.
