Harriet Anscombe
Harriet is the Events Programming Manager at the Horniman, overseeing activities, happenings, and opportunities for the unexpected at the Horniman.
She is a champion for creating playful and fun interactions for visitors to the Museum, whether that be a rave in the Gardens, hair braiding workshops in the Conservatory or a Day of the Dead parade through the Museum. She has been at the Horniman since 2016, and before that Harriet worked at the ICA on the venue hire, live music programme and delivering creative presentations and catwalks for the bi-annual London Fashion Week collections.
Previous to that, she worked producing theatre and supporting artists at the Maltings, Young Vic and The Roundhouse.
Away from work she can be found at car boot sales or at one of South East London’s many parks and playgrounds with her two children.
