Rudall & Rose

Biography

Rudall & Rose was a British firm of musical instrument makers founded in London in 1821 by the flautist George Rudall and flute maker John Mitchell Rose. The firm became known as Rudall, Rose & Carte in 1852 when Richard Carte, a former pupil of Rudall's, became a partner.
