Take inspiration from animals and their unique body mechanics to design and work together in groups to make battery powered robots in this interactive workshop with Matris Robotic inspired by our exhibition, The Robot Zoo.
Full of fun and creativity, these introductory sessions will bring science to life through hands-on exploration and real-world applications as you step into the role of a roboticist.

Visitor Information
- All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.
- Please arrive at the Pavilion five minutes before the workshop begins.
- Parents and carers may need to assist children while they take part.
- Attendees will not be able to take anything away with them. This is a building activity where robot parts are reused for future sessions.
