Tan leather hawk hood with green velvet sections at each side. The central leather section has embossed designs of flowers and acorn leaves. At the back 'F. Dorsch' is also embossed. The bottom is finished with a edging of red leather. There is a slit at the back, flanked by two shorter slits. Through these pass two interlocked short bands of brown leather securing the hood together. At the top is a crest of white feathers, surrounded by red and grey leather strands.
