Bassoon, maple. Seven brass keys, including F sharp and E flat and one key on wing joint; flat, round in various forms, on square saddles, recessed into the keys. Plain key guard. Platform for long joint keys. Brass ferrules on wing and bell have chased double line, not found on other ferrules. Crook possibly an addition. Length overall is 126.5 cm. Length of wing and butt is 89.3 cm. Some woodworm holes on wing. Stamped on butt and long joint: Tuerlinckx Malines.
