Oboe, stained striated boxwood, ivory mounts. Ten silver keys, round, shallow-cupped, mounted in saddles (the octave key in pillars carrying a rod-axle) including low B natural. Twin holes for third and fourth finger. One small tuning hole opposite the low B natural hole. Sounding length (length overall) is 56.5 cm. Ivory bell-rim cracked. Bell-socket cracked. Lacks metal reinforcement of bell joint tenon. Stamped: Triébert Paris (Tower mark).
