Clarinet in B flat, boxwood, ivory mounts. In five sections. Thirteen brass keys, flat, round, mounted in turned blocks and ring and two keys in saddles. Long keys not overlapped. C sharp/G sharp key on upper joint section. Without tuning slide. Overall length is 65.8 cm. Ebony mouthpiece inscribed: Geo. Wood, late Jas. Wood & Son (not necessarily associated). Stamped: Goulding & Co. Soho Square, London (Crown mark). On bell: Goulding & D'Almaine.
