lace; textile

Cream-coloured bobbin lace in the form of an incomplete strip of netting with attached needle-made lace motifs. The pattern on the textile consists of floral sprays and foliate motifs of varying size. Some are sewn directly onto the netted ground. The majority are sewn onto one longer side to form a scalloped edge. On the other long side of the ground is narrow attached edging.
