harrow model

Model harrow, a model of a leveller (toothed harrow). This is used in rice growing tract for smoothing the mud and puddling the field before transplantation. It also brings to the surface the weeds that are up-rooted in plowing. The actual size of the implement parts are : plank - 4 to 5 feet long, 6-7' wide and 2 1/2' thick; wooden teeth fixed into this are 6-10' long...fixed vertically about 3-4' apart. It is worked by two bullock.'
