Pair of sleeves. Rectangles of coarse plain-woven cloth embroidered in green, blue and black on a red ground in curved and cross design. The cuffs are turned and embroidered in black cross-stitch including blue, red, yellow and gold beads. The sleeves are tacked onto the existing costume; these specimens are approximately 100 years old. Worn by women on holidays and festivals in Shopsko (around Sofia).
