One of two glazed plates (with 1957.163) with floral decorative designs on a yellowish white background. The brim of one of the plates is indented, the other is smooth. Decorative designs composed of lines along the brim, and of many coloured circles around the side. A circle surrounds the floral designs at the bottom. Brown and green hues, blue lines and circles. (Clay, lead glazing and copper). Diameter at the brim 210mm, height 40mm, diameter at bottom 135mm.
