The Horniman Museum will be closed from 24-26 December. The Horniman Gardens will be closed 25 December only.
Porringer. Relatively high porringer, with a marked incline towards the brim. Designs: two lines on the inner surface and various coloured dots united by spiral shaped prolongations; the brim is white on the outer surface and sprinkled with petals. Bright brick coloured background. (Clay, pipe clay, brown earth, copper). Height 70mm, diameter at brim 180mm, diameter at bottom 110mm.
