Cotton skirt cloth, kain, with blue and white batik stamped 'cap' decoration bordered with white along all sides. The shorter sides have been hemmed. The decoration on the panel consists of large repeat floral motifs each tied with a bow. 5 repeats of a small bird motif are interspersed with these toward the top. These motifs are done in dark blue with the white of the textile creating the detailing. The ground is predominantly mid blue with small white quatrefoil motifs arranged in squares outline by white dots.
