Set of 30 Chinese playing cards. Narrow rectangular strips of thin card printed with various devices in red and black. There are three suits of nine cards each - 'Ben' ('coins'), 'Suo' ('strings'), and 'Wan' ('myriads') - plus three extra cards, known as 'da hong' ('big red'), 'xiao hong' ('small red'), and 'ba shu' ('eight bundle').
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
