Sword from Democratic Republic of the Congo, formerly Zaire. The sword has a triangular blade made from iron, with decoration where the blade meets the hilt. The hilt is formed of wood with copper a coil iron on the top part, a wooden disk for the guard mid way down and a coil of copper alloy and gold-coloured copper alloy on the bottom of the hilt.
